1.Advance Payment a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

2.Final Payment The remaining 50% must be paid on the day of the trip, prior to boarding. The yacht will not be dispatched without full payment.

3.Payment Methods Payment can be made via bank transfer, approved online payment methods, or in cash — with prior arrangement.

4.Cancellation & Refunds Please note that cancellations are not permitted, as yacht and crew preparations begin in advance. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of the notice period. We kindly ask you to book only when you are fully certain of your chosen date.

5.Date Changes Rescheduling may be possible subject to yacht availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance. In case of adverse weather conditions, a new available date will be offered without penalty.

6.No Show If the client does not arrive at the scheduled time and does not inform in advance, the booking will be considered cancelled with out refund.
